The plain fabric is made from a moderate-weight sashiko fabric dyed with indigo. Unlike the traditional heavy, stiff sashiko fabrics, this one is lightweight, soft, and perfect for wearing in spring and summer.
The warp threads are dyed black, which over time creates a beautiful gradient of indigo and black, adding to the fabrics depth.
Japanese-Inspired Sashiko Design
The patterned fabric uses sashiko woven with indigo dye. It features a moderate texture with excellent breathability, making it ideal for warmer weather.
